Malden Car Service provides chauffeured car and limo service between Boston and Freeport, Maine. Whether you are heading up for a shopping day, a group outing, or a weekend on the coast, our chauffeurs handle the drive so you can shop without worrying about parking or the road home.
Freeport was a shipbuilding and seafaring town for much of its early history, and it holds a place in Maine's story as the town where papers were signed in 1820 to separate Maine from Massachusetts and make it a state. The town's modern identity comes largely from L.L.Bean, which Leon Leonwood Bean started in 1912 with a single boot design. His flagship store on Main Street grew into one of the most visited shopping stops in New England, and dozens of outlet stores have gathered around it since. Freeport is about twenty minutes from Portland, so it is easy to visit both in one trip.
If you have clients or guests arriving into Boston Logan Int'l airport, Malden Car Service can arrange to meet and greet them, assist with their luggage, and transfer them directly to Freeport in one of our chauffeur-driven vehicles. All flights are checked at the time of booking, and on the day all flights are monitored, with the chauffeur dispatched only once arrival is imminent. Meeting points vary by terminal and are always confirmed when a booking is made.
Malden Car Service also provides the same service for other entry points, such as train stations, as well as private flight arrivals into private terminals. We work closely with private jet handlers and can often go airside to meet clients directly from the aircraft.
Every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each ride, with particular attention to door handles, armrests, and other high-touch surfaces. Our chauffeurs are trained, background-checked professionals committed to a smooth, comfortable experience on every trip to or from Freeport.
