Malden Car Service provides chauffeured car and limo service between Boston and Manchester, Vermont. Whether you're headed up for outlet shopping, a stay at a historic inn, or a wedding, our chauffeurs handle the drive so you arrive relaxed and ready.
Manchester was settled in 1761, but it became a destination town in the 19th century, when wealthy travelers began arriving by train to escape summer heat in the cities. Robert Todd Lincoln, son of President Abraham Lincoln, built his summer estate, Hildene, on a hillside overlooking the village in the early 1900s, and the estate is still open to visitors today. Manchester's downtown marble sidewalks — cut from the same Vermont quarries that supplied the Lincoln Memorial — are a small but distinctive reminder of that resort-era wealth. The town's original hotels have since given way to a mix of historic inns and outlet shopping, but the marble sidewalks and mountain backdrop remain. Trips to Manchester are often paired with a stop in Stratton, about 25 minutes north.
If you have clients or guests arriving into Boston Logan Int'l airport, Malden Car Service can arrange to meet and greet them, assist with their luggage, and transfer them directly to Manchester in one of our chauffeur-driven vehicles. All flights are checked at the time of booking, and on the day all flights are monitored, with the chauffeur dispatched only once arrival is imminent. Meeting points vary by terminal and are always confirmed when a booking is made.
Malden Car Service also provides the same service for other entry points, such as train stations, as well as private flight arrivals into private terminals. We work closely with private jet handlers and can often go airside to meet clients directly from the aircraft.
Every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each ride, with particular attention to door handles, armrests, and other high-touch surfaces. Our chauffeurs are trained, background-checked professionals committed to a smooth, comfortable experience on every trip to or from Manchester.
